*Documents Required for Local Tenants for Approval (Driver Details)* 1. Identity Card (IC): Copy of the front and back. (Driver details). 2. Reading Guide: Front and back copy. (* CDL ONLY* - *NO P License Holders*) 3. Latest Utility Bill: The most recent bill showing your current address (for example, Electricity/ Water Bill in the name and address of the driver). *Documents Required for Travelers/Travelers for Approval (Driver Details Only)* 1. Passport: A copy of the page with personal details and the entry stamp. 2. Proof of Residence During the Rental Period: Utility bills, hotel reservations with room numbers, and others. 3. License issued by a country / International driving license / Permit: Front and back copy in English.

For Locals- The security deposit is RM 200 for all the cars except for Honda Accord and Perodua Aruz which is RM 300. The deposit will be refunded within 7 working days. For Tourists- The security deposit is RM 300 for all the cars. The deposit will be refunded on the spot after inspection when the renter returns the car

You can pick up and drop off the car at our office in Bistari Condominium, Jalan 1/64D, Off Jalan Putra 50350 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. For delivery, there will be an additional charge subject to a quote based on the location.

All our cars are covered by insurance, but it does not protect the renters. If there is any damage to the car, it will be deducted from the deposit. If the damage exceeds the deposit, the renter must bear the cost. Please refer to the terms and conditions for more information

We provide unlimited mileage distance to our customers. You can travel around Malaysia, but it is strictly prohibited to take a car offshore and cross the borders.

We do not have any additional hidden charges. But we give our tenants the option to purchase additional items: Kad Touch N Go (Rental) - RM 10 Baby Chair - RM 20 Additional Hour - RM 10/hour Fuel - RM 20 each bar (only applicable if the car is not returned with same fuel level)

For Local Residents - We accept Cash and Online Transfers for rent. For the deposit, it needs to be transferred online for a smooth refund process. For Tourists - We only accept cash in MYR. We do not accept Debit Cards or Credit Cards / International Cards.
